From the minute we met Sarah & Mac (Steven), we knew we were going to have a good time, and we did just that! We spent the night laughing, joking and getting to know them. Their natural giggles and chemistry really helped make my job easier because they were true naturals in front of the camera. Plus Sarah’s smile lights up a room! Mac has a young daughter named Lily, and I can tell how much both he and Sarah both love her by the way their eyes light up when she is mentioned. Speaking of eyes lighting up, when Sarah’s pup, Miley, showed up, she and Miley both freaked out. It was so adorable to see! We had to include Miley in some of their photos, of course!

Sarah and Mac both work in the medical field, and Sarah being a nurse has had a crazyyyyy schedule over the last year with the pandemic. I think a majority of our brides are nurses, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the hard work that they do, especially now. It was nice to see her get the night off and get dressed up to spend some quality time with Mac (and us 😉 hahaha)

They chose to do their photos at their wedding venue, which is always a great idea. If you’ve never been to Estate on the Halifax, you are certainly missing out! It would take 2 days to get through all the areas you can take photos on their grounds haha. They have a cute, white chapel, a gorgeous gazebo, tons of greenery, and so much more! It’s honestly one of my favorite venues on the east coast because the possibilities are endless when it comes to photo spots!

I have to say, Sarah and Mac came dressed to impresssssssss! Mac wore a blue suit and blue dress shirt and Sarah’s baby blue dress complimented him well. Not to mention, her shoes were to die for! When they changed into their second outfit just as it was getting dark, I noticed her second pair of shoes, and they were even cuter. If they looked this good for their engagement photos, I cannot WAIT to see them on their wedding day!!

Sarah and Mac, it was such a pleasure finally meeting you both and we cannot wait for April!!!!
