so what is storytelling?
In order to tell the most impactful story, we get to know our couples on a real, personal level. We want to know everything! From where you met to what you like to do together. We even care about the little things, like your favorite desserts or what you like to binge watch. But most importantly, we want to find out what obstacles and challenges you’ve persevered through together as a couple.
each wedding film or photo gallery we create is unique - just like our couples.
...are perfectly balanced of posed and candids in order to capture the true essence of the day. There will be times where we pose & direct you and times where we are merely flies on the wall. It's important to have authentic wedding images!
...are genuine, joyful, colorful and most importantly, timeless. We feel our style of photography will outlive the trends and fads, never going out of style.
...include the full day. It's intentional that we only offer full day coverage. This is so we can tell the WHOLE story! Your gallery will begin with those gorgeous bridal details that set the tone of the day, and end with you living your best life on the dance floor. Partial day coverage just can't capture the whole wedding day story.

When you hire us for your wedding, you get US. We 100% make up our business and pride ourselves in showing up for our couples in ways they never thought of. We don't hand off your wedding to someone else, we fulfill every part of the process, beginning to end. That's a guarantee.
This experience is meant to be personal. You should know who shows up for you on your wedding day and all the moments leading up to it. We'll never leave you longing for answers to your questions or what's next.
Jenn will be your extra bridesmaid. She'll carry your dress, fix your hair, have the safety pins on hand for any emergency and help solve any day of issues that may arise. Mike is always able to crack a joke if you feel nervous and is sure to bust a move on the dance floor. We have the pics to prove it!

Wedding day memories are an investment! One in which we believe takes priority (we could be biased though! 😉 ) The cake gets eaten, the flowers unfortunately die and the music stops playing but your photos and film? It's the only tangible thing you have after your wedding.
We offer photography and videography both together and separately. You are not required to use both services through us, although it's encouraged and highly recommended!

Do you edit your photos and videos?
Yes, both Jenn & Mike edit everything themselves to ensure our high-quality standards are met. Jenn hand edits every single photo, and Mike crafts an entire wedding film from scratch, including choosing the music, figuring out the storyline, construction and color grading. Some companies will outsource their editing, and while there is nothing wrong with that, we prefer to do everything in house. While it may take a little more time to receive your photos and video, we want you to know your memories are safe with us and handled with care, accuracy and much love. I think it's safe to say people hire us not only for our work, but because of the personal experience they get from us from beginning to end, and that includes your final product.
Do you service same sex couples?
Yes, of course! We photograph people in love. If that is you, we happily serve you regardless of your orientation, sex, race, etc. You are safe here!
Do you have a preferred wedding vendor list?
YES! I have made so many connections and built a personal relationship with people in the industry that I *do* have someone in just about every field of the wedding industry. Don’t be shy! Let me know what you need and I’ll get you in touch with them! I can highly recommend having a full vendor team that is familiar with each other - the day goes by so much smoother, and it's a lot more fun!
Do you offer albums and/or prints?
Yes! I work with a professional lab that caters to only photographers and is linked up directly to your online gallery! They don't color correct so your images come out stunning, unlike some of the big box print shops. Those tend to come out yellowy and blotchy regardless of how well colored the image is. So I DO recommend going through a lab for portraits and weddings. But ESPECIALLY weddings! My lab does prints of all sizes, canvas wraps, albums, even thank you cards and save the dates..... and so much more! If you’re wanting these products, let’s chat!
Do I get to pick the music for the films?
Music licensing is super expensive. Because of this, we will select the music for your wedding film. We love to get to know you, your tastes and your interests so that we can do our best to choose music that fits your personalities. In the process of preparing for your wedding day film, we will ask you for your music preferences and dislikes, we will use this information to pick music for your film. One advantage we have is Mike has a BA in Music and even composes music in his free time (what little of it he has lol!), so his knowledge for music really puts us at an advantage when finding the perfect song for your film! It won’t be a Taylor Swift song, (unless you’re up for paying the million dollar licensing fee!) but we have a wide variety of songs we can license at affordable rates (that is included in your collection) that are similar in nature to T-Swift or any of your other well-known favorite bands and musicians!
Can I bring my dog to my engagement session or wedding?
We'd love you more if you did! For sessions, we ask that you bring a friend along to help handle your pup when they are not in photos. For weddings, we HIGHLY recommend a pet care vendor to alleviate any stress! They will care for your pup, transport them to and from the wedding and occupy them for photos. We can send you recommendations for this and they are worth every penny!
Do you provide RAW images or footage?
We will never under any circumstance deliver RAW photos. Our style of editing is the reason people choose us, so we won't even release unedited images since it is not a representation of our work and brand. RAW images are unable to be purchased. It's the same reason you go to a restaurant for dinner.... you want the prepared meal because that's what they're known for! You don't ask them to bring the ingredients out so you can cook your own meal, right? Now, RAW video footage can be purchased in the form of documentary edit, which will be a lightly color graded, fully synced video of all the RAW footage and audio taken from your wedding day, start to finish. Please note this will have RAW audio, so if someone is fooling around and talking nonsense in the background, that will be heard in your RAW footage. ;)
