It was a cool Monday evening when we got the chance to head to the beach with Jenn & Gage for their New Smyrna Beach engagement session. I remember Jenn emailing me asking if it was weird if they both wore black, and I laughed and said, “of course not!” I always encourage our couples to wear what they feel most comfortable in. When they showed up, I saw Jenn’s gorgeous black gown with a long train and was obsessed! She said “sorry I’m extra,” but little did she know, I’m all about it haha! Be extra for your photos, girl!

We OBVIOUSLY had to take advantage of this beautiful dress, so we made every attempt to showcase it! Jenn was gorgeous in it too which just makes my life a whole lot easier 😉 To compliment her gorgeous dress was her stunning engagement ring – a double halo diamond – cue the heart eyes!

Jenn & Gage picked the beach, which I was really excited about. While I love the greens Florida has to offer, there’s something so special about our beaches. The soft blue skies on one side, and the deep sunset when you turn around. Sometimes our sunsets are cotton candy colored, sometimes they are purples and reds, sometimes golden. The sunset this particular night was amazing! Paired with the Ponce Inlet lighthouse, it made for the perfect back drop for some romantic photos!

Jenn & Gage were a lot of fun to work with – we laughed all night long! Before we knew it, 90 minutes passed by rather quickly. We popped champagne and celebrated their October wedding!
