When Kevin found himself on a train with Kaitlyn’s best friend, Chelsea, he never knew that interaction would change his life forever. Chelsea told Kevin she was dating someone and wasn’t interested, but her friend, Kaitlyn, would be perfect for him. She gave him Kaitlyn’s number and told him to give her a call. Kaitlyn told me the fact that he never called proved he wasn’t a psychopath 😂 😆 When he didn’t reach out, Chelsea hit him up and asked him what he was waiting for?! So he finally reached out and the rest is history! After years of Kaitlyn playing matchmaker for all of her friends, the favor was returned that night when Kaitlyn’s future husband just happened to be riding the train with her bestie.

Kaitlyn and Kevin’s engagement session at The Ringling Museum in Sarasota, Florida was nothing short of magical. This stunning museum, with its architecture and beautifully manicured gardens, provided the perfect backdrop for these two! From the stunning marble courtyard to the lush greenery of the museum’s gardens, every area was picture-perfect. Kaitlyn looked absolutely gorgeous in her ruffled, white dress and matching shoes. Her dress was flowy and perfect for the Florida heat. And of course, Kevin looked dapper in his stylish suit jacket and slacks.

Having known Kaitlyn since we were teenagers, I was excited to meet her fiance and it was clear that these two were meant to be together! They are both full of life, good energy, undeniable chemistry, and love a good party! (and lose all their sunglasses 😂) Kevin is exactly who I’d imagine Kaitlyn would spend her life with 😃 Kaitlyn and Kevin are both in the medical field, and they both have a passion for helping others. This was evident in their interactions with each other during the engagement session. They are kind, caring, and supportive of each other.

As we reminisced on old times and talked about their wedding plans, we easily lost track of time. I swear you could spend 2 days on property and still long for more, The Ringling is THAT pretty.

After the session, we met up with their friend Chelsea (yes, THE Chelsea 😉) at a local park. Chelsea brought Kaitlyn and Kevin’s doggo, Beans, so we could take some photos of the three of them! Beans was a little camera shy, however we managed to get some paw-fect photos of him!

We’re so excited to get these two married next April at Powel Crosley Estate, and if their engagement session was any indication, it will be a stunning and FUN day!
