Chelsea and Drew are such a breath of fresh air! Their love for one another is very apparent. They spent the entire session laughing and singing. Chelsea is a performer on Broadway’s ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ and Drew is a writer. They definitely both have the perfect personalities for showbiz! Chelsea is also a dancer so she was rocking all the best poses, and it made our job a ton easier haha. Chelsea is originally from Ormond and Drew from England, but they are both living in NYC due to their careers…until COVID shut everything down. With the tough COVID closings, they’ve had some downtime while staying in Florida until Manhattan starts to reopen the theatres, so they thought our session was a great way to get out of the house and have some fun!

I had never been to Bok Tower but have always admired it. When Chelsea and I were trying to figure out a spot for their engagement session, she mentioned she wanted something “lush and outdoors or something quirky and architectural. Maybe a botanical garden?” and Bok Tower was the first place that came to mind. All 4 of us were in disbelief at how beautiful it was! There were so many little crevasses with hidden gems. The photos just don’t do it justice! Little did Chelsea know, she described Bok Tower to a tee – lush & architectural with gardens all around. The further we walked, the more and more we found, and we even ran out of time lol! We found the sweetest employees too. One gave us a few spot suggestions and another drove us in a shuttle over to the other side of the park right before closing so we would get there in time! Then a third employee gave us some water because it was sooooo hot out. The people there are so amazing!

On top of all the natural beauty in the gardens, Chelsea and Drew really brought their A-game when it came to their attire. They even brought a ring box and laser cut name tags! Details are important to us, so we always appreciate when our couples appreciate them as well 🙂
