While photos can be printed and hung on the walls and admired easily as you walk up your staircase or pass a bookcase, there is something still so special about your wedding film. Being able to relive your day through film can be an emotional but rewarding experience. No photo can let you hear the laughter of your bridal party, the exchanging of your vows, and the special love letters you wrote to one another.
These are things that photos cannot capture and we are so excited we can give you memories in both print and film! The convenience of photo memories is unmatched, but with a few extra steps, you can watch your day over and over again and share with those who weren’t able to make it.

How long will my highlight film be?
Our film collections includes either a 5-6 or 6-8 minute cinematic highlight film. The duration is subject to the amount of footage we can capture based on your timeline and the events that take place during your wedding day. We offer options to upgrade to a longer films, but remember, quality over quantity! Our approach to our film is to tell a story but not every story needs to be 10 minutes long in order to accomplish that!
Yes! Available in some of our collections or as an add on, you will receive a 45-60 second long trailer within 2 weeks of your wedding!
Do I get to pick the music for the films?
Music licensing is super expensive. Because of this, we will select the music for your wedding film. We love to get to know you, your tastes and your interests so that we can do our best to choose music that fits your personalities. In the process of preparing for you wedding day film, we will ask you for your music preferences and dislikes, we will use this information to pick music for your film. One advantage we have is Mike has a BA in Music and even composes music in his free time (what little of it he has lol!), so his knowledge for music really puts us at an advantage when finding the perfect song for your film! It won’t be a Taylor Swift song, (unless you’re up for paying the million dollar licensing fee!) but we have a wide variety of songs we can license at affordable rates (that is included in your collection) that are similar in nature to T-Swift or any of your other well-known favorite bands and musicians!
Oh yes! Audio makes or breaks a good wedding film! While music is great, it can make a film super boring with absolutely no audio. We use the highest quality equipment for capturing audio for your ceremony, toasts, and other important parts of the day. We absolutely love when couples write letters to one another as it adds so much emotion to your film and helps us tell your story!
Can I request a video of just my ceremony or another special part of the day?
Yes! We have a ton of add on options that you can choose from. Our base film collections include all day coverage, wedding trailer, and a highlight film. We have options to add on a ceremony edit, and even a toast edit, first look edit or a special dances edit. We also have a documentary edit option that will fuse together all the footage from the day into one video clip, so you don’t miss a single moment!
Can I hire you for both photo and film?
Yes!! If we’re being honest, that’s the best thing we can offer a bride or groom. Besides the fact that we’ve been together almost 15 years, we have been working together in this industry for several years too. We work well as a team in all ways and that’s a major advantage for you! Sometimes when a photographer and videographer meet for the first time the day of your wedding, things can be a bit overwhelming. Photographers love people to stay still as it’s better for photos to not be blurry and filmmakers love people moving for film as no one wants a stiff video. Wedding timelines can be very pressed for time, so having us both there to work with one another can be a dealbreaker. We feed off each other so well and we already know what we need to do as a TEAM to get you the best possible photos and film.
We do not provide RAW footage, but we offer a documentary edit in one of our collections or as an add on. A documentary edit is a longer traditional video of the full day. It will include all clips from the day synced together with audio and lightly edited. The documentary edit ensures you will not miss a moment of your wedding day!
